Homesnap Pro is the mobile app for over 130 MLSs in the U.S. It is completely free to all agents within these MLSs and allows them to run their business right from their mobile device. In addition, Homesnap also provides a host of automated digital marketing tools for leading brokerages on the top networks.

We are piloting a new offering exclusive to the brokerage community. Our fully automated and customized digital marketing programs for brokerages provide targeted exposure on Facebook, Instagram, Google and the Waze navigation app to provide highly visible marketing to drive more leads and qualified listing opportunities. Participants will receive massive brand recognition and have incredibly happy agents and client.

  • Participation Pool: Up to 10 brokerages on a first come/first serve basis per geography

  • Term: 3 months

  • Sign up by: April 30, 2018

  • Dedicated agent training webinar on the Homesnap app

  • Facebook/Instagram Pay Per Ad Program: Automatic creation and placement of geographically targeted ad on Facebook & Instagram every time agent lists or sells a home.

  • Facebook/Instagram Collections Ad: The modern day print ad that can showcase all your active listings, open houses, luxury homes and more on the best looking ad on Facebook/Instagram.

  • Google Ads: Automatic creation and placement of targeted ad reaching people interested in real estate on Google Ad Words, Display and Gmail Ads every time agent lists a home.

  • Waze Ads: Automatically promote every active brokerage listing on the most popular crowd-sourced navigation app.

Participants agree to:

  • Have a monthly spend of at least $1,500

  • Promote to their agents the marketing programs that are being provided on their behalf

  • Schedule and participate in a Homesnap app training session for their agents
